Digital Literacy: A Conceptual Framework for Survival Skills in the Digital Era.

This article talks about what it takes to actually become digitally literate. As quoted in the article : "digital literacy involves alot ore the just having the ability to use software or operate a digital device. It includes a large variety of complex cognitive, motor, sociological, and emotional skills, which users need in order to function effectively in the digital world. The point of this article is to inform the public of the difference between being digitally literate and being digitally ignorant by possessing the bare minimum of digital skills. As times goes by though, more and more people in the world will realize that they have to become digitally literate in order to make money and compete in the job markets with those who are literate.
